Initial approach from client. Discussions around the organisation’s
ethos, aims and objectives. First site visit, identifying installation
sites, negotiations and information gathering from other sub contractors.
Ideas, rough designs, colour swatches etc.
Pricing job, timescales.
Decision to go ahead, contract signed. First 25% fee paid. |

Phase Two: Design & Making
Detailed designs produced and agreed. Pieces made in studio, collaborate
with sub contractors/ interior designers. Stage payments (number dependant
of job size). |

Phase Three: Installation
Work delivered and installed.
Aftercare maintenence programme initiated.
